Smooth delivery of full scale projects is heavily dependent on the communications protocol and systems. The Wave team builds on experience gained from similar clients such as EDS, Dow, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Applied Materials, Dupont, CSC and Chubb. The entire team will be electronically linked using the Wave information management system.

Your key management personnel will be actively involved in the design of the project policies and procedures with particular emphasis on your procurement regulations and approval procedures. The goal of the highly integrated project management model is for the Wave team to be “seamless to the customer”, providing accessibility, real time response and quality service at all levels.

The Wave members are veteran, team players that have worked together on a number of major accounts over a long period of time.
